As a Digital Sales Specialist at DeXpose, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, driving sales and spreading awareness about our unique offerings.

You will leverage your skills to engage with potential clients and ensure they receive tailored, insightful presentations that align with their business needs.

You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and work remotely.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and Qualify Leads: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and industry-specific platforms.

  • Cold Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through personalized cold emails, messages, or calls to spark interest in the company’s services or products.

  • Follow-Up Management: Persistently follow up with leads through multiple touchpoints until a meeting or call is scheduled with the sales team.

  • Build Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and position the company’s offerings effectively.

  • CRM Management: Maintain an up-to-date record of all interactions with leads in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of the sales pipeline.

  • Collaborate with other Teams: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on client engagement strategies.

  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed KPIs, such as the number of leads contacted, meetings scheduled, and conversion rates.

  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in digital sales and lead generation.

Requirements

  • High proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Proven experience in digital sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in cold emailing, cold calling, and handling objections.
  • Ability to use and maintain CRM systems to track interactions and manage sales pipelines.
  • Prior experience in the specific industry or niche of the company is a plus.
  • Basic technical skills and Familiarity with marketing and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline effectively.
  • A network of potential clients or contacts within industries relevant to Dexpose’s solution is highly desirable.
