Full Stack-Technical Lead (PHP/React)

Job Responsibilities

• Take full technical ownership of features and projects — from requirements gathering and planning to development, deployment, and post-release monitoring.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand product goals and translate them into technical plans.

• Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack applications using PHP (Laravel) and React.

• Lead and mentor backend and frontend engineers, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the SDLC.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the stack.

• Review code, provide technical feedback, and uphold coding standards.

• Handle infrastructure and deployment workflows, ensuring applications are released smoothly and reliably.

• Monitor application health and performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement improvements.

• Stay on top of emerging tools, trends, and technologies that can enhance our development process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• 5+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on both PHP and React.

• Proven experience taking projects from initial concept through production deployment.

• Deep understanding of PHP (Laravel or similar frameworks), JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.

• Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and frontend component architecture.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and modern development workflows.

• Strong awareness of application security, performance, and scalability considerations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and take ownership of deliverables.
